I think this works based on what you gave for clues.

7322564, but there may be other solutions that work as well.

Logic:

* It has to contain only the numbers 2-7 (greater than 1 and less than 8)

* The first number has to be a 7 to make the number between 7 and 8 million.

* 3 is in the hundred thousands place, given to you.

* Since the 10,000 and 1000 place are the same I looked at what numbers were left over. Can't use 6's, because the next clue sad that they add to the first digit. Can't use 5 or 4, for the same reason. If we picked 3 we could use 6 in the one's place but then we would be able to use all of the numbers in the 7 digits number. So I used 2's for those two places and then filled in the one's place with the 4 we had.

* that leaves us with just 5 and 6 left over and since the tens is greater than the hundreds, we know that 6 is in the 10's place and the 5 is in the 100's place.

Hope this makes sense. Good Luck. :)

Impossible. starts 73 but for two integers to be the same and add up to 7 is impossible. It is not even. Otherwise the number would be something like: 735246(2 -7) the last digit can be anything, and there are some other possibilities as well.
