I would assume also that it would mean not getting enough milk. I was talking with my MIL about how my son (4 mo.) is still statisfied with breastfeeding only despite how big he is. Then she went on to tell me that her oldest, had milk anemia. (as told to her by a doctor) That he wasn't getting enough food and too much formula. It just really bugged me because it didn't make sense because anemia is a lack of something, not an excess of something.
