Here at American Express we usually do Boulderdash early in the training as like a "icebreaker"... it's a pretty fun game. It does seem kind of ironic that we play a game where the whole purpose is to be deceptive and cunning at a credit card company with the reputation credit cards have with the average person. (No further comment--wink wink.)

I use to start some meeting with dividing the group in half. Stand them across from each other, have one half start walking toward the other. The point is to see when the people in the other line take a step back, their personal space has been invaded. You will be surprised how some people will keep a large distance between themselves and other will almost touch noses. It is an exercise to show people how personal space effects each person, you can build on it from there. Good luck.
