high light the email on the spam list you want to retrieve... Then at the top choose this is NOT spam. That will fix it...

Login to your yahoo account.
Look at the top right corner of the window. You will see "options" written. click on it. (options > mail options), click OK to confirm, in Ymail Beta.
A separate Mail options window will open.
There you will see Block Addresses written. Click on it.
In the next window that opens , you will see Add Block. There is a list of blocked addresses in the box below. To Unblock, find the address in the box,select it and press Unblock button.

Open the mail.
Now you got the forth button "Not Spam". Click on it. That's all.
