Hello dear friends i wanted to be a music composer .So i wanted to take a degree in music ,but i am confused?

which degree to take .As there are many degrees in music .Please can u help me in this case.As i said u that i wanted to become a music composer.Which degree should i take in music .Also i wanted which is the best music collage in india as well as in hyderbad.Thanks in advance for those who answer this question.I hope that some one would help me

I would suggest starting with a Bachelor of Music with a theory and composition emphasis.
Some BM degrees will emphasize performance but you will want to study all aspects of writing.

I am not familiar with schools in India so I can't help there but would suggest that you talk with musicians in your area for some input on that.
