Apply a Little baby powder to the area with a cutetip to absorb the oil before applying eyeliner.

I have the same problem. You can either try baby powder on your face before applying the eyeliner, or use a good facial cleanser that helps if you have oily skin, and the problem will be solved. That's what I do.

Don't use a pencil. Try using a wet/dry powder form. And be sure you use a dark eyeshadow over it to set the liner. Find a black/charcoal powder shadow, and brush it lightly over the liner. That should help.

Put some foundation on your eylids and set it with powder. This will help it stay longer and try a long lasting eyeliner. Also, they have many powdered eyliners out there too.

You can try waterproof liquid eyeliner or use a liner brush and whatever color eyeshadow you like.
If the shadow isn't defined enough for you, use your regular pencil then top it off with the shadow.

try setting it with a eyeshadow of similar color. liner is a wax so melts off skin. to keep it in place better use a firm thin brush and set close to lash-bed.let me know how it works!!
