how do i turn of the history scroll bar on the google search engine?

i dont want the word porn to come up every time my mother presses the button p on the key board!!!!!

I can help you if your using Internet explorer.

This feature is called : auto complete and the text which you get automatically like when hit P you get porn its called : forms

open IE > click tools > internet options > click content tab > click auto complete > click on clear forms & uncheck the options forms and apply the settings then click OK.

Left click on Internet Explorer on your desktop. Click on the properties page and open the 'content' tab. Click on Auto complete and should have 'web addresses' and 'forms' ticked. Then click 'Clear forms' and 'ok'

Also, if you only want to remove one item (so clearing everything doesn't make it look suspicious), just scroll down so that one item is highlighted and press DELETE. Gone!! (Naughty, naughty! ;~)

you can't do that.on google. only only can do it on Yahoo search..
