Bath and Body Works (sister store to White Barn Candle Company) is like most mall retail stores: they will probably start you out at minimum wage, possibly a bit higher. These kinds of stores have to find a balance between paying low wages but also keeping the turnover low. So, if you're a "good employee" and you've got some retail experience, you might be able to get a bit more than the minimum.

If you can get to a keyholder or Assistant Manager position, you'll probably be somewhere in the $6-7 an hour range. Most retail stores don't allow overtime so expect fulltime to be around 30-40 hours per week.

When you consider that those are "fulltime" positions, it doesn't give you much time to do anything else. And this effectively limits your income to around $250 or $300 per week (gross income).

If you've got initiative and you can think outside the box, I'm sure you can think of other ways to earn more money than that in less time.

I hope that assists!
