I need to add a long zip onto a very large plastic bag for a university project but i'm having trouble finding where to buy a very long zip which will be easy to attach.

Any Ideas?

Also please remember that i'm going to be attaching it to plastic so it will need gluing on rather than sewing

good question as most of the knitting shops are no longer and there was the place to go.
well if anything try your local dry cleaners as they do repairs i'm sure they will be able to let you have one of their long zips
