Seriously -- take a topic that interests you or that you know a lot about & prepare a talk. Break the talk into three parts. In the first part, tell them what you are going to tell them. In the second part -- tell them, in the third part -- tell them what you told them.

This sounds like a joke -- but is good practice. In the first part, give an overview of what you will tell them. In the second part, give details and results. In the third part, summarize the main points.

Anything you are passionate about that others might be interested in. When you present on something that interests you, you usually hold the interest of your audience, even with boring subjects.
