Don't believe that, Lula da Silva will not make things better in Brazil.
Corruption will increase, lack of investments will remain and people will look for promised jobs that are still below expectations. Lula will keep supporting Cuba and Venezuela, what is bad for Latin America and US. Economy is still dependable on global commerce, if china reduces their growth, damages will be hard to manage.

It will be better if you like less freedom, a slowing economy, less safety, higher taxes, higher crime, a socialist society (WOW those have worked in the past! *rolls eyes*)
