Yes, if there is new information or if information was incorrect on the original report. A supplemental or corrected report can be filed. An example might be that one of the parties in the accident provided an old insurance card and the new insurance needs to be put on the report. Or let's say that the DWI test was a blood test and the results came back from the lab with less that the required amount to be DWI/DUI.

They can't change the original report but they can file a supplemental report to amend or supplement the original.

yes but only if they find any thing more then what they have now.
and then charges can get bigger and cost more as well.
