Sunday morning at 2:00 a.m. is the official time to do it. I always just change the clocks before I go to bed!

We "fall back" on hour on Sunday (and "spring forward" in the spring) at 2:00 a.m. The guy you were chatting with on AIM might be in a different time zone than you are.

Sunday night is when we are supposed to set the clocks back 1 hour.
