How do I fix this computer so that I can forward and reply to e-mails?

From this computer, which is at one of my places of work, I can neither forward nor reply to e-mails. This is a huge inconvenience. It only happens on this computer.

Maybe the boss rigged it so you can't !! giggle giggle! that does sound rather odd.. hmm, send your emails from another computer then..
