My topic is "Paganism=Satanism?". I AM NOT SAYING THAT IT DOES! So please don't get the wrong idea. I'm not religious AT ALL but I find these two religions very interesting. I've heard and read a lot of things about the two being the same and I wanted to find out why people think that. So...do you think it's a good idea?

seems pretty controversial and hard to prove(well scientifically, scripturally it's proven already) with concrete evidence other than scripture. seems like you would want to present something easier to demonstrate scientifically
i'm totally not knocking it though man if think you can go in there with your topic and show folks something that you could knock em dead.. GO FOR IT

That would depend on what type of people you are trying to attract. With a topic like that, you will have understand that maybe 50% of the public will walk by. Some may make comments, so you will need to have a hard shell. Maybe you could find another topic, maybe just Religion and incorporate the topic of Paganism=Satanism.

How about how the Catholic church who declared all non Catholic religion demonic Wicca which doesn't even acknowledge the existence of the devil is now considered a demonic religion.
Or if ya really want to blow there minds the pope (Innocent the 8th) who created the devil, and started the Inquisition, or the time of burning.
But on the good idea thing better check with mom and dad on this its likely to stir up a real stink!!

They're neither religions nor similar, and it's as good a topic as any, so go for it, but realize that satanism is more similar to Islam where as genocide, mass murder, murder without remorse, violence, and death is worshiped, and paganism is merely worship of human behavior with or without idols.
