i've have American passport, i don't live IN USA in long year about 24 years

If you are a US citizen, they won't ask for your TOEFL score. Just indicate that you are an American living overseas.

When you apply, use Spell Checker and have a native English speaker check your grammar. You need work.

Universities want you to take the TOEFL to make sure you can understand English. Based on your English in this question, you might need some work in this area.

The only need Of the TOFEL that its gives you only certification the you can speak well in the language.
After all It's Not that difficult . So please Stydy that.
