Truely amazing. This man thinks he can make up any lie and the masses will just fall for it. What's truely pathetic is that there are people out there who actually believe it was never "stay the course". I'm speechless.

Why keep asking politicians to tell the truth. If they could, they wouldn't be politicians. Morons, politicians and lawyers love to argue semantics. It was stay the course only for supporting troops, or it was stay the course, only for being in Iraq...argue it either way, and you are still an irrelevant politician. Democraps or Repukelicans....either way, the USG will still be corrupt, inept and working on their own agenda. Politics are just another distraction, like racism, sexism, homophobia, flag burning, war, and scandals. Research project/operation Mockingbird, to see how the USG and the formerly-free American media combined forces to misinform and mislead the US Citizenry. The boob-tube is truly brainwashing those who rely on it for their information and news. Strategy of confusion. Only recourse: patience.

It depends on which week you hear what Bush says. They're trying to phase out some of his more spectacular slogans to see how they play to the public, prior to the upcoming election.

It gives him instant credibility. Obviously, it's not "stay the course", because they've gone and changed their talking point slogan from "stay the course". If that's not flexibility and adaptation, I'm not sure what is.
For those unfamiliar with sarcasm, please disregard my answer.

Get your news somewhere other then photoshopped youtube vidoes. He said that he was "never stay the course." in regards to tactics on the ground. He was and still is "stay the course" until Iraq can protect itself and we can leave with a victory.
