Some of the more Americanized bars will put on NHL and what not. Go to the cities that are more US populated - due to military bases - Such as Rammstein Air Force Base. Frankfurt. Wuerzburg, Vilseck, Bamberg, Heidlberg, Mannheim, etc.
If you go to Wuerzburg - Check out Haus 150 beirs. (House of 150 beers) and Cheers, and Dugan's. Dugans is an English / Irish pub. Cheers is a bar / bistro. And House 150 - very americanized bar with tv couches and lots o beer. Good times.
My friends and I used to have a blast at house 150. Ask for Nico or Alex. Good luck.

Not all of them, but there are a couple that will show hockey games on ESPN, you can even ask the bar keep to switch the TV to ESPN service from soccer to hockey. You can see any sport on television at any time in Europe through their TV satellite system.

You must find where the US army is located. There are bars in those towns that have it.

Good luck.
