either i have done my B.Sc. in Non-med. but still i know that Panjab University is also the best Univ. to Provide B.Sc. biotech and microbio. here you can do your M.S. also if you will take addmission to B.Sc. Honors.
besides this integrated courses for the B.Sc. and M.S. are also offered in IIT's .
it is better if you go for the B.tech. in Biotech. as one of my friends in my hostel have done it and now she is doing her integrated M.s. and Phd. from IIT delhi.

even i also have the same problem but i have heard a lot bout amity institute in uttar pradesh moreover it's the no.1institute in india.Even it is the best for microbio.u can login and apply on line in amity.edu.if u are able than u can also join in delhi university,one of the finest.

go for gud colleges like VIT or some govt inst.
