As a country grows and industrializes, it must full fill a few basic requirements for its people. It must feed and house its people and must provide enough jobs for them. This is based on a system of mathmatical equations, just like checks and balances in the government. When there arent enough jobs, then the unemployment levels increase, cause people to lose personel possesions, like cars, homes, etc. It is constantly a struggle to balance the job to homelessness ratio to keep our economy and country moving forward. While there will also be poverty, as a society we must provide enough ways that people can better themselves, and lend a helping hand for people to pick themselves back up after hard times.

Its the by product of capitalism. Rich get richer and poor get poorer. Challange beacuse poverty can be root cause of a lot of factors that could inhibit national growth.
