I have been gradually losing my St. Augusting lawn over the past several years and now it appears too late to save it. I suspect a bad soil condition and lack of sun and at this point I feel it may be best to start over. I have no idea what the cost would be. Would welcome any opinions or suggestions. Thanks - Bob (Elrod)

If you don't want to do it yourself look in the phonebook under landscape contractors and get several estimates in writing and exactly what each will do. By looking at 3 or 4 if you see the same problem you can be pretty sure that is a real problem. If only 1 of 4 says a certain thing needs to be done he may be padding the job. Look at all and make an informed decision.

If you want to do it yourself (which sounds like a huge job) ask another question saying so.
