War is a real posibility - A nuclear exchange or a nuke planted withing the US causeing a reaction from the US is actually probable in the next 10 years or so
That would be a bang
There is massive climate change happening - Reports show that if we continue to consume at the rate we are then by 2050 we just won't have any resources left for anyone at all . The fish are dieing the hole in the ozone etc etc.
This would be the whimper

Either way man will be responsible for earth demise. It's sad state that we have treated mother nature as poorly as we have and abused all of her natural resources.

A bit of both I'd bet. I don't think a nuclear exchange would destroy everything right off the bat... Unless all the nuclear nations have been harboring itchy trigger fingers all this time...
No doubt a nuclear exchange would have widespread environmental consequences... and these would run thier course over an extended period of time....
Enh but then again we could all run out of energy and starve...
so whatever happens if we don't do something differently we are going to be whimpering...

who knows, just get to the business of living and doing the right thing...but one thing for sure however the world ends there will be a breaking news story on it and the dem's will blame bush and the rep's clinton and one of each camp will argue that it isn't really ended and the other will say it is.
