I would go to nearest nurseries, and see if they have it.
Most of the time they know about specific items that they may not stock but they will order it for you.
Try that first, ask them who would have it. Where can I find it.
Other sources.
Add in local papers - Gardening Magazines - Local telephone books - Call a few nurseries to find out what they have, it is cheaper then taxis fare and takes only few minutes.

there are lot of nurseries in and around Delhi and gurgaon... meet them and ask and probe for nurseries finally u will succeed
