I just bought a used dell latitude laptop and it is password protected.how can i reformat without a disk?

start in safe mode and bypass password then in administrator user change password

theres a way to get around the password without reformatting the hard drive. email me if your interested jdorr@bridgeport.edu

download ccleaner click on advanced options and click on the first[i think option and that should delete passwords]
