Imagine if you were 100 miles up and saw the whole world for the first time.
On one area onfland, there are people living on less than a dollar a day and dying of disease and hunger.
On another part of the planet, a person drives his Ferrari into a garage and moans about the price of fuel. He has a million dollars in the bank just sitting there doing nothing.
An Alien would surely look at this and question why one human has enough money to save thousands of lives. But prefers to keep it locked away as his fellow Humans expire by the thousand.
Then the Aliens would look at war and question the logic.
So the leader of America and the leader of Iraq disagree. They're too proud to talk it through, so settle the difference by rounding up young healthy men on each side and then put them together, like a gypsies put pit bull dogs together.
They can watch thousands of men who have never met each other or hated each other, murder each other to resolve the leaders disagreement
Then the aliens would go home in utter confusion

I think the aliens would observe that humans cannot control greed. As capitalism runs rampant without concern for it's consequences. Money is the ruler in today's world. And decisions are based purely upon it without regard to anything else. Environment, Health, Happiness, Family, Morality, etc. are all sacrificed for humanities uncontrollable appetite for money. Corporate lobbyist with deep pockets dictate to our political leaders shaping the decisions that favor their interests. Individual representation is not like it was when the country was founded. The world is in conflict. Leaders don't try to understand the issues. It's a world where if you can get away it to make some money then you are rewarded magnificently. There is a great inequality of wealth where poor people suffer and die while the rich prosper and don't care about others.

Job 38:7 When the morning stars cried out together and all the sons of God began shouting in applause.
If you read the rest of that chapter and many others you see that their are spirit persons out there who applauied when the earth was created. they go back and forth from heaven to the earth.
Read Job 1;7 Were God asked him where he had been he said "from roving about in the earth and from walking about in it."
would that make sense if he was still on the earth?
there is many scriptures that talks about angels. The angels that sinned in Noah's day. Genesis 6 and Jude 6.
clothed in human bodies took wives.
In Revelation 12:7 Micheal and his angels battled with Satan and his angels. War broke out in heaven. That was not on the earth and Satan and his demons were cast out of heaven and down to the earth. It was not a war like we have were people die.
No angel died, no blood was spilled. It was more a war of words.
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the heavens. So they are spirit persons. But have definite personalities.
As to your question. The good angels are probably crying about the terrible things being done.
Read Genesis 18:20Consequently God said: "The cry of complaint about Sodom and Gomorrah . Yes it is very great!"
Who was complaining? Lot lived there he wasn't complaining.
Abraham didn't know anything about it until an angel came and told him. The angels were complaining to God about the terrible things those people were doing. What do you think they are doing today?

Unless they wanted something that we had, i dont think they would stay we're not evanced enough. There thought of us is that we are parasites because of the way we use up our resources and should not leave earth for fear of multiplying across space and do the same.

They'd probably think we're primitive. That seems obvious. They will have also seen societies like ours before probably, and they may then think that we're also nothign special. After all if they exist and we exist - why can't more like us exist?
