waht are you asking
in inches it can only be the perimeter
if length of paper is 33 inches and width is 23 iches
perimeter of the paper = 2(33+23) = 112 inches

if in square inches it is the area of the paper then you just mutiply 33 and 23 which is 759 sq inches
