If you want Really Good -- then you should probably apply to schools in the US. I would estimate that 15 of the top 20 MBA programs are in the USA. The 30th ranked school in the USA would probably be better than the best MBA program in most countries.
The only schools outside North America that I would consider first rate are London Business School (UK) and INSEAD (France). There are a few good B-Schools in Canada (University of Western Ontario, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia).
But the best ones are in the US. I've provided two links below that show rankings of US schools. My personal rankings are:
1. Pennsylvania (Wharton)
2. University of Chicago
3. Stanford
4. MIT (Sloan)
5. Northwestern (Kellogg)
6. Duke (Fuqua)
7. Dartmouth (Tuck)
8, Harvard
9. UC-Berkeley (Haas)
10. Columbia
11. UCLA (Anderson)
12. Michigan
13. Virginia (Darden)
14. University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler)
15. Cornell
16. NYU (Stearn)
Most American schools are dying to have qualified foreign students..
My list is subjective -- but it is informed. I've attended two top ten B-Schools and have taught at four highly rated B-Schools (including MIT and Wharton).

In India, apart from IIM which requires high grades in CAT, for a better than average graduate, the best B school is IFMR in Chennai or Symbiosis in Mumbai.

Money magazine, publishes such list, year to year.
Get the last such list. It is for USA colleges only.
Most answers are good but I am not sure where you are.
No one has mentioned London school of Economics. In London England. Or did I missed it.
