blue tooth is a wireless connection between devices using an RF wave or radio frequency transmitter and reciever.This is old technology that has been modernized and compacted to fit in todays equiptment.
ipod is a portable MP3 player developed by Apple, the makers of mac(but works on PC as well).it has an internal harddrive like a computer, so it can hold a lot of music and (lately) video too.It also uses an internal battery instead of having to buy and change batteries all the time.It comes in various sizes, depending on how much music you want to store, price and size.

Oh, come on, not everyone knows everything about electronics. Bluetooth (not 'a' bluetooth) is a system that allows different electronic devices (ie computers, mobile phones, etc) to exchange information like texts, phonenumbers, pictures or sound.
An Ipod is an MP3-player, made by Apple Computers. MP3 is a way to compress music to a relatively small file, that allows you to store many music files onto a computer or a device that enables you to play it when you travel. An iPod is a device like that.
