FIRST PARAGRAPH:

The main goal of this paragraph is to explain why you are writing to the employer. It is usually short, not more than 2-3 sentences. It is very important to cover the following topics:

Why you are writing
Which position you are applying for.
Why are you interested in this position or organization
Do not write any additional or unnecessary information, (unless specified in the job description). For example, how you heard about an opening or vacancy.
SECOND PARAGRAPH:

In this paragraph, you must briefly describe why are you qualified to the given position. Focus on some of your most relevant experiences and qualities which closely relate to the position for which you are applying. Carefully look through the job description and scroll through the “General Requirements”. In this section try to find what personal qualities does employer demand from the candidate. Then provide with 2 or 3 examples from you past experience where you exhibited these strong personal qualities needed for an announced position you are applying.

While writing second paragraph, consider the following:

The first sentence should be a hard-hitting and effective opener. Make a quick introduction, about what strong personal qualities you possess needed for the given position.
Next sentences should serve as a back up for what you have just claimed. Provide with strong examples from you CV (Do not “Copy-Paste” information word to word from you CV. There are plenty of other ways to describe the same situation in other words.)
The final sentence should be a summary of what you've discussed above. It is helpful to explain why your personal qualities described above make you the best candidate for the announced position.
This paragraph is usually the longest one, if you make it too long it is recommended to split it.
FINAL PARAGRAPH:

In this paragraph you should to refer to the enclosed resume and request an interview.

Thank the reader for his/her time and consideration

Well sir, I am always to work at least an hour before I need to clock in. If I am 10 minutes late past my usual arrival time, I consider myself late, even if I am early!! I work hard and I will not let you down.
