i order some dvds form japanyen who is no longer registered on eBay and they have not replyed in almost three mouths how the hell do you get your money back or your idems you order???

If you paid through paypal, you report it to them and they will do an investigation and return your money. I'm thinking you didn't pay through paypal though. My sister bought a pocketbook from a guy in Japan. He would only accept Western Union. He never sent the bag. She called Western Union and she called her credit card. No one could help her. The credit card people said there was no fraud because she is the one that sent the money. Western Union couldn't help because the guy got money that was sent to him. He didn't fraud them. So, she had to eat $100 and learn a big lesson. If the seller does not accept paypal, don't buy from them. I'm sorry and good luck...

If you paid via Paypal-then you must contact them.
Report the item as Unsent,and the money taken!
Paypal are insured for such things!
You will just need to provide them with the appropriate details

wow... have you really been waiting that long? well i think that you should contact eBay and ask what is going on with your order. also ask them if anything has going wrong with the posting of the item as that might have been the problem. hope i have helped XxXxX

i ordered someting from the UK and it took 5 weeks for me to get it due to customs. Try contacting the shipper and request a tracking number.

Did you pay by paypal? They will do a charge back if you can prove that they are not responding to your e-mails and that you did not get it.
