To be honest with you, there is no such thing as the perfect job. It does not exist. Who the hell in their right mind wants to go to work everyday? The key is learning to resolve the issues you have in your job. I don't know one person who gets on with their boss. You just have to deal with it and realise that at the end of the day you can go home and do things you enjoy and spend time with your family etc.

Take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself when your inner child is going to understand that it has to grow up.

You have to take responsibility for your work, its quality and your attitude towards yourself and your co workers.

Yes some jobs are going to be crap, but they pay don't they? The adult in you should take that into account whilst you slowly look around for what it is you really want to do.

Not everyone can be the boss and even if you were the boss you probably wouldn't want all the grief that comes with it.

Being your own boss isn't any easier either. It takes up more time than you think and responsibility.

Learn to work outside your head. Swallow the bits that you don't like for the time being and use the experience that each job has to offer.

Some people aren't made to work for others and are never happy with someone breathing down their neck all day. How about going self employed - freelance. Its hard to start with but worth it in the end x
