My body has gotten to the point where I cannot wear anything over about a 2 1/2" heel because the higher heel causes a few of my toes to have pains in them.
High heels can also cause back problems. I attached a link for you.

I am not sure I understand the question, but I feel enpowered in high heels....prolly because I am kinda short!
But, you have to find the right pair for you....cheap shoes can really kill your feet. You can always purchase those inserts for heels to make wearing them more comfortable....
The more money you spend on a high heel, the better quality it will be and it should be more comfortable.

A painful feeling. Thinking that I'm going to fall over or trip over something at any second. So I usually stick to my Demonia combat boots. They match anything.
