lol!.... Its a corner store, that sells every lil thing you need.... munchies {chips. cookies.. 25 cent bags of LITTLE DEBBIE DESSERTS}... ho-ho's, etc..... soda, beer.... coffee, sandwiches....its on almost every inner city blocks corner in NYC...mostly run by wonderful hispanic immigrants!!... the bodega has saved me from starbucks prices MANY TIMES LOL...ahhhhh New York ... Still the greatest!!!!

1.A small grocery store, sometimes combined with a wineshop, in certain Hispanic communities.
2. A warehouse for the storage of wine

i don't what it means for New Yorkers but in Filipino, a "bodega" is a stockroom or a storage room.
