No. tromolo bends the strings, altering the pitch. Wah wah pedal adds an effect that sounds similar, but if you do both, you will hear the difference.

no... a tremolo bar is on your guitar and moves where the bridge is... make the entire pitch of every not fluctuate as you move it (since it changes the length of the strings).

I'm not exactly sure how a wahwah peddle works, but not as described above.

no. the bar raises or lowers the pitch of the notes played(the 'dive bomb' sound in van halens 'eruption'). the wah changes the tone, adding a vocal or crying effect(hendrix' 'voodoo child')
