Try opening the program and hitting F11 on the top of the keyboard. That toggles it back and forth when you want to get rid of it temporarily.

I recently downloaded Explorer 7.0 and the same thing happened...and I use these alot so I deleted Explorer 7.0. To go back to before you made the change do this: Go to START at the bottom of your computer, then choose ALL PROGRAMS, then ACCESSORIES then SYSTEM TOOLS then SYSTEM RESTORE then RESTORE TO AN EARLIER TIME then choose a date that is highlighted that is before you deleted that by mistake. It will bring your computer back to that day (without losing your emails or anything you have done). And your tools will come back at the top. Good luck. P.S. Ron thanks for the tip, I will try that

i don't know what is the software you're using, try this
Press F1
this will bring out the help page.
it will definitely help you. (search "restoring menu bar, menu bar, tool bars")
this not a reason to uninstall a software.
