The bipartisan election board in largely Democrat St. Louis MO reported about 1500 fraudulent voter registrations, including animals, dead people and bogus addresses, at the time of the 2004 election. These bogus registrations were mostly produced by soliciters on the ACORN payroll. In 2006 the St. Louis election board has already found 4000 probable bogus voter registrations, including 3 confirmed dead people and a 16 year old. The U.S. Attorney's office is currently investigating and violators are subject to fines and imprisonment. ACORN is also active in largely Democrat Kansas City and in other states.
