I had a great sex life before her but now i just cant seem to get it up and im not even 18 yet im scared out of my mind. someone please help.

Your subconscious is trying to tell you something. Also the fear of impotence is one of the biggest causes of it.

Probably it is all related to fear of performance with this girl. You just need to relax and try enjoying only some intimate cuddling at first, chances are that eventually you will get an erection because you feel more relaxed with her. The more you worry about it the less it will react because worry is the worst killer for sexual performance. Just take it easy and enjoy other forms of sex play so as to get to know her better and relax more. If the problem persists do consult your doctor but you are still very young and I do not think it should be necessary to do so or to ingest any form of medication.

common man this is not a big deal, it do happen some time.
usually it happens in the case if u love ur ex too much and u cant erase her memory from ur mind.
because of this some time when u want to have sex the inner mind of your is not ready for it,and u know it very well that sex hormones are controlled by mind.
so try to be cozy with ur ex and make urself comfortable before going out for this adventure

Well just may be way deep down inside you really think of her as a sister, you might really love her but in a diff rent way than you think. after I divorced my husband of twenty years, we did have an encounter with each other a couple of years later, and it wasn't what I thought it would be. since I was use to him I thought it would be at least alright, but it felt like I was with my brother. On the other hand, It could be Gods way of telling you that you ought to wait and respect this young lady, she might be the RIGHT ONE if you know what I mean. Take your time don't rush things.

Have you considered boys? Perhaps someone somewhere is trying to tell you something. Seriously though, you're probably stressing over it too much, this now being the cause, i'd say have a small drink to chillax before hand, but you're too young. It'll pass, when you stop worrying about it.

The more stressed out you get the worse you will be, so try to relax, stay off sex for a week or so, but if it continues you should see a doc, it could be related to something else.

Maybe you like her too much? ;) If so, you surly get more nervouse thinking if she's gonna be sutesfie with your performance and the things down there unfortunatly just don't work under preassure! Try relaxing, concentrace more on her then on yourself....enjoy her body, stop thinking:"will i get it up?!" or "i have to get it up NOW"....it doesn't go with an order....just enjoy her, let her make you go crazy when you like her, and other things will follow ;) Good luck!

Let me see. You're under eighteen. Maybe your mind is telling your body that you are not ready for that kind of relationship with this girl yet. Give the sex a rest for a bit and just spend time with her and see how it goes.
