There are a lot of people with this problem. There as several factors that cause the result of fatigue. Depression is one, Thyroid problems is another. There may also be an imbalance between your body's neurotransmitters. It is sometimes difficult to determine the cause. The easiest way to get checked is with a blood test that is specificity designed to check for imbalances that result in fatigue. A viral infection may also cause you to be unusually fatigue. Some people simply think they sleep well and in fact they don't. You would be surprised if you knew how much your bed meant in terms of getting a good nights sleep. People who dream a lot or sleep very lightly become very fatigued the following day. Try sleeping on a different bed. Another reason may be due to the lighting around where you spend most of your time. Flouresent lights flick on and off at a high frequency and this makes me very fatigued.
Hope this helps.

i have chronic fatigue syndrome.
once you have it your stuck with it for life. However there are drugs and therapy's which your doctor can prescribe for you.
You get it once you have burnt the candle at both ends so to speak.
What i sugest is take a break from everything for at least 4 weeks! No sleep pattern. If your tired sleep. If your hungry eat. Make sure you stick with the prescribed dose of medication from your doctor. Dont miss any and dont self medicate.
You can get C.F.S under control, but you have to be persistant in doing so.
Email me if you need more info.
Cheers and good luck!

Make sure your eating the right foods and drinking plenty of water too. Try classical music from time to time. Studies show that it produces better results than Rock-N-Roll. Don't get me wrong I like my Gun's-N-Roses but it's cool to try other stuff.

First, how old are you, then check your "monthly visit", there's a possible connection to PMS, does your fatigue falls within this periods? Or investigate if your family has a history of any thyroid deseases.

sounds like chronic fatigue ,but it is best to see your doctor to determine what's going on. Maybe a minor vitamin deficiency

Have your doctor check your blood..have him do an ANCA test..tell him to check for Wegener's Disease.
My wife had this....it is very hard to diagnose without doing the ANCA test.
Don't take a chance..it can be deadly.

If your past 40, you might need some DHEA, and use Kelp, for Iodine, and help the Thyroid produce the hormones you need.
