Do you mean Bulk E mail or Bulk Regular Mail?

I don't know the solution either one. But if you get a good answer, I too would love to know.

THis was in the papers recently about a postman who told his customers how to stop it.

TO STOP JUNK MAIL, CONTACT:
Unaddressed mail - Opt-Outs, Royal Mail, Kingsmead House, Oxpens Road, Oxford, OX1 1RX
Addressed mail - Mail Preference Service (MPS), Freepost 29, LON 20771, London, W1E 0ZT or call 0845 703 4599

First, don't give out your email to random companies. Or open two email accounts, one for friends and one for "sign-ups".

Second, don't post your email address on and websites. If you need to, write something like "frostrichg _at_ yahoo _dot_ com" so simple bots cannot pick up your email address.

Third, don't respond to any spam or bulk email. Even the "opt-out" forms can just resell your email.

Lastly, turn on your spam blocker and report all spam to Yahoo! This will help the spam blocker to be more effective in the future.

The honest answer? Open a free email account, and whenever you sign up for anything that requires an email address, use that one. Keep your personal email address for contacting friends and family.
