Does anyone else in prison find it boring that you only get 4 hours on the internet per day.

In prison, the rewards are linked to the crime. The more risk you take, the bigger the reward.
Become a serial killer and canibal and you'll get a cell with en-suite, a pool table, private bar, personal Internat cafe with 24 hour access, 6 hot female slaves, your own front door opening onto your own zoo and a long driveway with 3 sports cars and a dedicated driver.
Or that's what I heard some old moaning man say it's like...
