I'm straight and I do admit that some women are gorgeous and I like to check them out, but I'm not attracted, more like admiring.

If he's gay, then I'm sorry, it's a flat no. There is no way to change a persons sexual orientation - anyone who says otherwise is lying or, simply put, a little bit stupid. He may be bisexaul, but if he came out as gay, then that is extremely unlikely. Sorry, but you'll just have to try and move on

I think it's pretty common for straight women to crush on each other. Women are beautiful.

Sure it happens. Only ocassionally though, but its different for all straight women.

No. I don't fell sexual attraction to other women. But women, we are all competition to each other, that's way we look each other and calculate if she is beautifully or not, is she modern enough or not...

Yes sometimes, this is more likely to happen when growing up/ in the teenage years though. It is perfectly normal.
