Absolutely not!
Virginity does absolutely no good, esepcially as you get older.

Well yes, it might seem square to ask such a question and answer it with a 'Yes!' but if you are a virgin then it's nothing to be ashamed of, mainstream culture always wants to push people in a certain way and anyone who stands differently is ostracized..why should this be? There's this big adolescent rush to lose your virginity and once people have lost it they then regret it. Stand unique, stand for what you believe in and you'll be respected for it and all the more so if you don't let other people's opinions and insults affect you. Stand Tall, stand up and be counted!!
I've taken flak all of my life for standing by my christian beliefs, it's just made me even more determined to stand by them.

Virginity is seen as something to be ashamed of these days which is something that deeply saddens me. I was one of the few who said I'll never have sex before marriage, and I'm now 20, living with my partner (not husband) with a 15 month old daughter.
I wouldn't trade her for the world, but I do wish I'd waited until we were married, not just because I'm a Christian, but because I feel that people give their bodies away to so many different people nowadays, that the human body is something we should treasure, and give only to those we love, not to someone we meet and who makes us feel good for one lousy night.
I didn't lose my virginity because everyone else was doing it, I did it because I love my boyfriend, however, I do believe that it is something worth keeping until the right person comes along.

Virginity is lost in confusion only to be replaced by greater confusion , this is a lesson we must all learn ourselves and all of those who have learned from this experience can only try to delay the inevitable until such a time as when the inexperienced are better able to cope with the confusion .

I do not believe virginity is under-rated. The topic does receive sufficient coverage & importance in the media and otherwise. The reluctance of many teenagers & grown-ups to retain their virginity may be scorned by some but it is of no real threat to the same.

Yes. If you stand firm in your principles you risk being branded a freak. But I did and I am very glad about it, as I eventually met the right person and we have been happily married for a very long time. It is worth waiting in order to enjoy that privilege.

I don't think so... it's all according what ones objectives were when the question was posed...
For instance - if you are a religious zealot... then your amswer will almost certainly be no... however... the opposite would be true of a sexually active teenager...
You know... this is the first question that I couldn't think of anything witty to say..

Yes, you should always wait for the right person that you feel a connection with and truly love....Sleeping with some one to get it over with is the biggest mistake you can make, Id give anything to go back and stop myself from sleeping with my first guy, biggest regret ever!!!
