Actually, everyone so far is wrong. I use AT&T(formerly SBC) Yahoo DSL and the email they gave me has a @sbcglobal.net address. If I ever get rid of them, I will lose that address.

The answer is: if your address is @yahoo.com, you are ok. If it is @SBC or anything else, you will lose it. It is their domain name, so you can't keep it without being a customer.

Your best bet is to forward any important mail to a new yahoo account - and stick with accounts at hotmail, gmail, or yahoo to avoid this issue in the future.

Hi,
You should be able to still have them all. What services are you talking about - instant messenger? email? All these items would still be available through Yahoo regardless if you have them for internet. As long as you know your sign in - your fine!
If you want yahoo to remain your homepage, you can still do that too.

Your change of provider does not matter to Yahoo, just your ID and password.
