Scalp hair grows at an average rate of 1mm every 3 days, body and eyebrow hair at a much slower rate. Nutrition is a vital important factor, yes there are vitamins specially formulated for the hair check where vitamins are sold, there's also vitamins for nails and skin.

Depends. Hair growth is genetic, as is its texture. Kinkier hair on average grows slower than curly or straight hair. 1/2 inch per month is supposed to be average, but it varies by person. I used Horsetail Rush herb (affects skin and nails too) and my hair grew very quickly but I stopped using it because I wear my hair short now.

average human hair growth is one half inch per four weeks, vitamen and or food supplements really wont accelerate or retard hair growth, and may possibly do more harm than good. just stick to a sensible diet, fresh air and exercise. let nature take its course normally
