The band size refers to the measurement around your back and the cup size refers to the size of the actual breasts. Generally speaking, cup sizes have an inch difference between them going from AA cup to J cup. However, different band sizes can affect the cup size so that the cup size on a 34C is bigger than the cup size on a 32C even though they are both C cups! Confused? What is even more confusing is that you can be both an A cup, B cup and C cup, depending on different retailers and how the band fits. In one store you mayb be a 36B and in another store, a 34D! HTH : )

There's the training bra,which doesn't have any padding,has a simple shape and is easier to put on.

This depends upon the physic of the woman. Some have small breasts, some have less than normal, some have normal , some have above normal and some have super normal and for this various alphabets have been used to denote their size and the scale used for this is cup just like candle is used for light.
