My friend and I have known for close to a year now...she wants to meet me so much and so do I...now we want to try visitation visa, how do i apply since she has not been to My country and i have not traveeled too, we met online and have not seen each other face to face

However, it is always best to be honest. Lie's can catch you up in so many ways ... when you are telling the truth, then you have at least something solid to stand on.

I was in this position myself, although it was only between Esa and Canada, so no visa required... I got interrogated by Canadian immigration for some time, but eventually allowed in. We had met a few weeks prior, but still the fact that we had met online made them send me in to immigration, but once I could prove that I had roots in the US (kids, a house), it wasn't a problem. Interestingly, my honey was not detained earlier when he crossed into the US to see me, even though we hadn't yet met.

BTW, we have now been married over two years and are blissfully happy!

Before anyone can help with this, we need to know what countries are involved.
Where is 'your' country, and where is 'her' country.

Different countries have different visa regulations.
