Penetration alone is very often insufficient for women to reach orgasm. There are two possible solutions: one is to engage in extensive foreplay with prolonged clitoral stimulation before penetration; the other is for the woman to stimulate herself while the man is inside her. This second solution is the most reliable, since no-one can know a woman's body as well as she knows it. There is no reason for a man to feel threatened by this, because it is simple biology. It is much more satisfying for both partners to reach orgasm when the woman stimulates herself during sex, than for only one to do so.

Im pretty sure that most orgasms are only caused by fondling its more of a clit thing not the inside of the vagina at least that what ive always experienced with girls and also seen on all porns, or if you dont like that answer try asking the male to move way faster i have done that once and made a girl *** but i also was rubbing her clit at the same time. sorry for being so vulgar i hope your not offended hahahah

The fact that you have been able to acheive an orgasm period is a positive sign some have never been able to know the experience. Foreplay and relaxation are very important, you may just require more stimulation and time from your partner. Have you had a check up and discussed this with your Dr.?

I think few women reach orgasm by penetration alone. There usually has to be some friction stimulation of the perineal or vulvar area as well. You just have to incorporate what does it for you into your normal lovemaking.

Penetration gets the man off, but rarely the woman.

While he's in you, stimulate your clit and this will help you get off.

Try being on top and press into him. You can get your clitoris stimulated that way.
