Trouble? YOU'RE not in trouble, S/HE is! You are looking at a suit that could set you up for life. Hell, if your boss is the owner, he/she just handed the company over to you. If not, you still have a really large chunk coming. Go for it!

Blo*dy hell! File a harrassment complaint against him/her... SHARPISH!
If you have any colleagues who also get in similar situations to you, then you could all complain together.
I've never known a boss like this, but please make a complaint against them!
