WHEN I OPEN YAHOO CHAT OR TRY TO PLAY A GAME OR EVEN SOME WEB PAGES THEY OPEN THEN IMMEDIATELY CLOSE. WHATS THE PROBLEM AND HOW DO I FIX IT? I HAVE DONE VIRUS SCAN AND STUFF , NOTHING ON MY COMPUTER. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

It is most likely spyware, which isn't necessarily picked up by antivirus software.
I recommend three apps for this: Spybot: Search and Destroy, SpywareBlaster, and Windows Defender. You can Google them and find where to download. Install the apps, run an update and then do a scan.
If it is still annoying you after you run scans and removal - boot Windows into safe mode by hitting F8 before the windows screen pops up and select Safe Mode. Run the scans again.
If that STILL doesn't work, find a computer savvy person to run hijackthis for you. :)

I would suggest to check if you have a pop-up blocker program running. Ensure that the yahoo toolbar does not have the blocker enabled. From what you described it is possible this is the problem.
