i'd first recommend calling a doctor or midwife to see how serious it is. If your baby looks happy and is active then i'd say try not to worry.
Sounds like your baby is longer than mine was at 7 months, but also considerably heavier than my 10 month old. She sometimes gives me trouble with eating, and loves yoghurt and fruit, which is good.
Keep trying new foods and don't give up. reintroduce the foods several times. Try playing games or ask someone else to feed your child and see if their methods work. Try back up foods that he likes to replace the meals that he absolutely refuses, for instance, I'll give my daughter fortified baby rice, plain rice cakes or yoghurt if she finds her dinner is yucky or i'll give her extra milk.
I've learned that the more anxious you are the worst it will be for you and the baby. See if you can get some support. I hope this helps, and don't take it too personally if he doesn't like your cooking. My daughter scorns my cooking on occasion (and i'm not an awful cook), i don't insist on her eating anything that i can't eat.

9 kg weight appears ok for a 7 month old. you are un-necessarily worried. About 500-600 cals are good enough. More important is whether physical activities are normal or not. I suggest you wait for another 3-4 months, and see whether she ( assumed ) learns to walk. walking should come between 10 months and 15 months. That is the point for you to consult a physician. other important aspect is how many times she urinates, colour of urine - should be clear. if urination is less than 4-5 times, you need to feed some water. Also see how the **** is. It should look normal. Worms in the stomach affect the general health. For that you could give ordinary de-worming solution.

My daughter did the same thing... I noticed that she would reduce her eating once in a while, it seemed like she did it right after a growth spirt and start eating a lot more when she was ready to grow again. My advice is to try to keep a schedule and keep everything quiet around eating time. The less distractions he has the better. You could also try something like a vitamin shake to make sure that he's at least getting the vitamins and minerals that he needs.

My 5 month old son can be like this. He's 7kg and 65cms long. he sounds like his weight and height are fine - so i guess as long as he is growing ok - try not to worry. As a guide - a baby once on solids should consume btw 21-28ozs per day (600mls-800mls) - but, as with everything, some will want more, some will want less. Just keep trying things - sweet potato, carrot, apple are all favourites with babies.

My first concept became to ask if he's ingesting something different than a bottle? Has she presented the sippy cup? my own toddlers the two use a sippy for the time of their lunch feeding beginning up on the age of four months. as quickly as they have been waiting to hold it up with some help. They on no account finished and it became greater for the advent of it particularly. He may be hungry for some thing else. toddlers in many circumstances comprehend what they want it is barely that generally we gained't parent it out before everything. Is she using a severe chair? Make feeding relaxing and supply him a buffet of meals (small parts) and enable him choose for what he likes to consume. Then introduce quite some issues slightly at a time. you may persist with one new meals each week to enable his physique react, in case he has any hypersensitive reactions to any of the hot diverse meals. I enjoyed feeding time for my toddlers. I positioned on some jams and had a blast with them. shop in mine that its no longer artwork, yet a popular journey for him. Take some photographs and treasure the moments. quickly he will comprehend what's approximately to ensue and he would be desiring and arranged for LUNCH. sturdy good fortune and that i'm hoping that this helps some.

Nothing to worried. Considering the age of the child, his height and weight are normal. In due course, the baby would take more food than the present intake.

My daughter has NEVER had an interest in food..........
since she was 6 months old till now......(almost 2)......
and I just basically gave her what she would eat....if she had to have chicken noodle soup 3 days in a row that's what I would do.
And throughout the day I would offer her cookies, cheese, yogurt, etc.
here are some food guidelines to help
